    • I would prefer you did not work on Membean during today's class block.

  • draw logical conclusions together for prompts where our earlier conclusions do not match, too
--Closure
  • What did you take away from the experience in which we just engaged that you can apply to the "Reading Comprehension" section of the NYS ELA Regents Examination?
Closure -- Ball Toss
--Take a look again at the list of "You should leave class with..." items.  Then, in the form of no more than one specific sentence, show me and your peers that you are indeed "leaving with" something important from today's lesson.
--consider the following question:

        • How might you change, improve, add to, etc. your current answer to the Essential Question based on today's discussion of Linda Hogan's excerpt from "We Are Many"?

        HW (Practice/Take-Home Assessment)

--Complete a total of 45 minutes of Membean training as directed before 11:59 PM on Thursday, 11/9.  If you fail to appropriately train between now and the administration of Vocabulary Quiz #3, you will not be permitted to take the quiz (see the "Membean Routine" document).
        Writing
