HW (Class Preparation)
--Please bring your free reading book to class daily between now and when you finish the book, which is due for completing at the end of Marking Period 2.  If you do not yet have something worth reading, see if you can find something before our next class block together.  (FYI: The high school library should be open next week, and I will try to find us some class time to swing over there!).  I will be checking your books in the near future!
Miscellaneous
--Make sure to SEE ME if you have any questions about anything from today's class.  Though I know it might be a little intimidating or seem "weird," you need to get used to advocating for yourself and become comfortable working with me and your other teachers ASAP! :)
--Enjoy the weekend--you only get so many of 'em! :)

  • High school library for additional book surfing time
  • Hand out the letter and "Important Information" document
