--Pick up a copy of the "The Grammar Hammer--QUIZ--Parallelism" document from the front table.  Complete the assessment quietly and independently back at your desk.

--pick up and read aloud three paragraphs from the front of the classroom

--discuss qualities that make Hemingway Hemingway
--copy Style/Hemingway's Style Notes in notebook
