Part 1--The Time Machine and The Quest for Your "Why?" (60-ish mins.)
--write for 3-5 minutes in response to each of the four related prompts
--5-7 students share a "what?" about which they wrote in order to compile a list on the front board (e.g., doctor, teacher, member of a committed relationship, living in Florida, etc.)
--share the quote below and begin briefly applying it to an item or two on the list compiled on the front board

- What is your "why?", and how is it related to your observations about/understanding of human nature?
- Pick up a copy of the "The Quest for Your 'Why?'" sheet from the front table.
