--Submit the finalized, marked-up hard copy of your "Monomyth Writing Assignment" by placing it in the black basket on the front table. Make sure that your "Grading Worksheet/Marking and Labeling Directions" (the back of the assignment sheet) is stapled to your writing piece.
--Pick up a copy of the poem titled "Siren Song" from the front table. Back at your desk, read the poem two times. During both readings, your purpose is simply to get the gist. However, feel free to begin annotating the poem.

--look at definition of "constructive criticism" from Dictionary.com:
"advice that is useful and intended to help or improve something, often with an offer of possible solutions"
If your peer has "done his or her job" effectively for each of the eleven items on the sheet, what should you be able to do on the lines?
For each of the eleven items on the sheet, what might related constructive criticism "look like"?
